Speaker Bio:
Rory Huntly is a theater major who found his calling in the dynamic world of energy development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Most recently, as SVP of Finance & M&A at TED Renewables, Huntly led strategy and M&A activity across a 5GW portfolio of solar, storage, and natural gas projects. Prior to TED, he held senior roles at Duke Energy, Ecoplexus, Acciona Energy, and Jacobs Capital focused on executing project/corporate M&A and financing transactions. Huntly is currently serving as a senior fellow for the EDGE Center at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and is an investor in two start-up companies, Storlytics and HiveTracks. Rory is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and received a bachelor of arts from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
