Power in Presence is a guided 9D Breathwork & Gong Integration Journey designed to help participants release tension, reconnect with inner strength, and return to a more grounded, embodied state. The session combines conscious connected breathing, immersive soundscapes, and a 20-minute gong sound healing for deeper relaxation and integration. It will be held at Balance Health, Central Hong Kong, on April 24, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM, and will be guided by Judy Xu.
