We’re bringing POUND Unplugged + Sound Healing together for one unique experience designed to support your body and mind from both sides. 💚
We’ll start with POUND Unplugged — 30 minutes of music-driven movement using Ripstix®, including 20 minutes of energizing drumming cardio followed by 10 minutes of rhythmic breathing and meditation.
Then, we’ll slow everything down and transition into Sound Healing, giving you the opportunity to relax, settle, and reconnect with yourself through soothing sounds and vibrations.
