Join us for a fun day and an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. This time, we are coming together for a great cause!
October 24th at 10AM, we are rocking out to the most empowering songs we know! All proceeds to be donated to local breast cancer support organization, Check for a Lump. Learn more info about what they do
Dressing the theme is optional, of course, but feel free to come dressed in ALL THE PINK!
Arrive early to snag your spot and to hear testimonies, and plan to stay after class for AWESOME raffle items, to enjoy a beverage (not included in your ticket), AND enjoy some yummy pizza from the food truck! The food truck will be announced as we get closer to the event!
POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!
This IS a family friendly event! You do not not have to be 21+. Get your tickets early to reserve your spot. This event WILL sell out. We can’t WAIT to rock out with you!
Shirts are officially available for sale! They are $25 each and you may pay via Venmo. (UN: @caia-otoole) $10 from every shirt sale will be donated to our charity.
