A peer support group for expecting moms and moms up to one year postpartum! Topics change and are conversation driven, but there is a focus on mental health support (postpartum depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders). Littles under two are welcome to join but please arrange childcare for older children due to intimate nature of sharing postpartum experiences and vulnerable topics.
Group is led by a trained mental health group facilitator!
This group alternates between the Clifton Forge Library (CFL) and Alleghany Highlands Regional Library (AHRL).
