Join our postpartum peer support meetup at Lokahi House and enjoy some coloring! This event is facilitated by Shari Stamps of Navigation Parenthood (CBS, CST, OMT, CEIM, PPD, sleep & wellbeing specialist, ear seed and MyoMunchee practitioner). Whether expecting, immediately postpartum or your little is now 2-years old this is a closed space to share birth stories, advice, seek support, and learn & grown together.
RSVP with Lokahi House waiver form is needed to attend (https://www.lokahihouse.com/verification) and a waiver will need to be filled out at the meeting for Navigating Parenthood as well. Each circle is free.
Our first meeting will be more of an intro to postpartum support and peer lead discussion with future meetings incorporating themes and learning moments around peer support in feeding, development, and more.
