Postnatal Yoga: Baby & Me with Amy Owen A gentle return to yourself, with your baby by your side.
Life with a new baby asks so much of your body. This welcoming baby-and-me class offers space to reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and gradual strength building, while keeping your little one close.
We’ll focus on stretching areas that feel tight and tired from feeding, holding, and caring for your baby, while supporting pelvic floor awareness and rebuilding strength at your own pace. There’s room to pause, feed, soothe, and tend to your baby as needed.
You’ll also connect with other new mothers navigating life with a baby, finding encouragement, shared understanding, and community with women going through similar changes, joys, and challenges.
As a doula and yoga teacher specializing in supporting women before, during, and after birth, Amy brings a caring, thoughtful approach to this tender season. Come as you are, with the body you have today and your baby in tow.

Amy Owen is a certified birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Trained in prenatal yoga by Gurmukh and certified through DONA, she's also trained in Spinning Babies® and Reiki, and has taught in hospitals, yoga studios, jails, and online classrooms. Having attended hundreds of births, Amy brings both evidence-based knowledge and heart-centered care to every class, helping moms build strength, ease, and trust in their bodies before and after baby arrives. She is also the creator of BirthBOSS, a course that helps expecting families feel confident and empowered throughout pregnancy and birth.
