Final push to write postcards to support US Senate candidtatesJoin our Postcard Palooza 2 in person at the DVC Headquarters at 2450 E. Charleston Rd., Mountain View (former REI store), on Wednesday, October 14, between 11am and 2pm for a fun, social afternoon of postcard writing in support of our wonderful US Senate candidates in Ohio, Texas, Iowa, Maine, and Alaska.
Winning the Senate along with the House will give Democrats many additional powers (e.g., blocking Trump’s nominations, oversight investigations). Polling now shows that these races are winnable, but our candidates need support.
We will provide everything you need: writing supplies, postcards, scripts, address lists... and camaraderie. Donors have contributed stamps for the first 50 people who attend this event and write postcards with us.
We’ll have a variety of homemade treats to enjoy while we write.
Come for 30 minutes or stay a while and bring a friend or two!
Please sign up to let us know you are coming so that we can plan accordingly.
See you at the DVC!
