From our dedicated team captains and participants to our incredible Champions Club members, volunteers, and sponsors, each of you played a part in making this Walk season so special!
You showed up. You fundraised. You shared your stories. You honored loved ones. You gave your time, your hearts, and your energy to a mission that means so much to so many. 💜
Now it's our turn to say THANK YOU!

📍 Fairfield Fort Wayne – The Barrel Room
🥂 Appetizers, drinks, great company, and celebration!
We would LOVE for our Walk family to come together one more time this year to reconnect, share memories, celebrate our accomplishments, and recognize the incredible impact we've made together.
Because here's the thing — the Walk may be one day, but the difference you make lasts all year long. 💜
Every dollar raised, every story shared, and every step taken brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
📩 PLEASE RSVP BY NOVEMBER 20!
Send me a message or email me at [email protected] to let me know you'll be joining us!
I truly hope to see so many familiar faces there. You are what makes our Fort Wayne Walk family so extraordinary, and I can't think of a better way to close out this amazing season than celebrating together!
Let's celebrate what we've accomplished and the HOPE we continue to build! 💜
