About this Event
Join Good Company Yoga for a Sunday of slowing down, stretching it out, and soaking in much-needed stillness after Thanksgiving. We'll begin with a gentle, all-levels stretch then settle into stillness during a restorative sound bath. This is your invitation to pause and wear extra comfortable clothes. Class is held inside the back room.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Optional, but helpful props to bring include: blankets, pillow, eye mask, yoga blocks, yoga boulster, socks, layered clothing. Pre-registration is required.
