Our next Post Natal Adjustment Programme (PNAP) starts Friday 6 November, and registrations of interest are now open.
Becoming a parent can bring plenty of challenges alongside the joys. If you're experiencing postnatal depression, anxiety, low mood or feeling overwhelmed during your baby's first year, our free PNAP programme may be able to help.
Delivered over six weeks in a small, supportive group, PNAP provides a welcoming space for māmā to:
• Connect with others experiencing similar challenges.
• Learn practical strategies for managing anxiety, low mood and overwhelm.
• Build confidence and adjust to the changes that come with parenthood.
• Develop tools to support their wellbeing and everyday life with pēpi.
Our experienced facilitators provide a safe, supportive environment where you can share experiences, learn from others and take time to focus on your own wellbeing.
Your pēpi is welcome to come along!
