About this Event
A trauma-informed morning tea for women who have experienced domestic and family violence.
Join us for a calm and welcoming morning tea focused on creating a more positive and supportive mindset.
A positive mindset is not about ignoring difficult emotions or pretending everything is okay. It’s about learning how to respond to yourself and your experiences with greater compassion, awareness and hope.
This session gently explores the connection between mindset, thoughts and emotional wellbeing, while encouraging small shifts that support growth and resilience over time.
There is no pressure to share anything personal. Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to simply listen, reflect, or participate in ways that feel comfortable for you.
During the morning you can expect:
• A warm welcome and relaxed morning tea
• A safe and respectful environment
• Gentle discussions around mindset and self-awareness
• Practical tools to support emotional resilience and growth
• Reflection activities focused on supportive thinking patterns
• The opportunity to connect with other women who understand the journey forward
Numbers are intentionally capped to keep the space safe and supportive. Registration is essential.
