Sound Bath — In Person, Portland

Portal Sound Studio is the only place in Portland offering a sound bath entirely immersed in Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Whether you're brand new to sound healing or a devoted regular, this is an invitation to experience the restorative effects of crystalline sound.
What to Expect
You'll lie down and simply receive. As the bowls play, your brainwaves begin to slow, shifting your body into a state of rest and repair. This gives your nervous system room to regulate and come back into balance, physiological effects that are amplified by the specific tones and vibrations of the crystal bowls themselves.
While the bowls remain the heart of every session, each week's sound bath is also accompanied by a rotating selection of other healing instruments that deepen and enhance their effects, including drums, handpan, chimes, vocals, and more.
Where music meets medicine. These sessions are led by certified sound practitioners and informed through a classicaly trained musician's lens, blending both worlds of art and science to create the most intentional and therapeutic soundscapes.
