Immerse yourself in soothing sound frequencies and slip into the deepest, most restorative sleep of your holiday season.Following our evening Yin practice (or as a standalone reset), this festive sound bath uses the gentle, resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls to instantly quiet physical stress and slow down racing brainwaves.
There is nothing for you to do or figure out. Simply lie back with your blankets, let the sound wash over you, and let your body drift into a profound state of rest right before bed.
What to Bring: A comfortable yoga mat or deck chair recliner if you have one, a cosy blanket, and anything else you need to stay warm and deeply relaxed while lying down.
What to Expect:
The Sound Journey: We begin with the deep, earthy heartbeat of the shamanic drum to instantly drop you out of your head and ground your energy. We then transition into the pure, resonant waves of quartz crystal bowls, before gently easing you into a dreamlike state with soothing chimes and shakers.
The Setting: An intimate, cosy community space at The Ridgeway with a maximum capacity of 12 mats, ensuring a deeply connected, personal, and spacious experience.
The Finish: Soft transitions back to wakefulness, leaving you feeling balanced, and ready for a peaceful night's rest.

What to bring: A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, a pillow for your head, and some water. Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
There is a 1hr yin yoga class available to book just before this class too for the ultimate Christmas treat!
