Sarah will be programming and coaching this workout in support of her daughter, Taylor, and Team Taylor and Brittani as part of the Best Buddies Champion of the Year campaign!
What is Best Buddies?
Best Buddies is an incredible organization dedicated to creating opportunities for friendship, inclusion, leadership, and employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
And we're excited to do our small part to support their mission!
Here's what you need to know:
We will be accepting donations of any amount to support the campaign.
All fitness levels are welcome! Whether you're brand new to exercise or a seasoned gym-goer, Coach Sarah will have modifications available.
You do NOT need to be a Get Fit NH member to participate! Friends, family, and community members are all welcome.
Please bring CASH or CHECK! Checks can be made payable to Best Buddies. We will not be able to accept credit card payments for this event.
This is about so much more than getting in a great workout. It's about showing up for our community, supporting a family we care about, and helping create a world where everyone has the opportunity to belong.
