Ready for our next ("secret") adventure? It's a POP-UP EcoTrek Fitness Adventure on BLACK FRIDAY, with Cari Draft leading from Duncan Woods in Grand Haven!
This one on FRIDAY, November 27 (the day after Thanksgiving!) we'll meet at Duncan Woods Park, inside the park at 1113 Sheldon St, Grand Haven for your GPS. This is a magical route with dirty dune climbs, Lake Michigan, wooded trails and a cool section of Lake Forest Cemetery - a great taste of West Michigan "lake life", this is your chance to explore it with Cari leading - no getting lost!
EcoTrek Fitness sessions are 75 minutes long, incorporate cardio, flexibility and strength training all in a choreographed, planned hike in our favorite nature spots.
Dress for the weather (we cancel for lightning, but we LOVE rain!) in comfy workout-type clothing and athletic shoes. Drink some water on the way - no need to take a water bottle along, we'll only be away from your car just over an hour!
