The BARRE Experience is where movement, energy, and community collide — a gathering of friends and strangers becoming stronger together. During our time on the mat, you'll move through empowering and energizing elements of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and strength-based movement designed to challenge and inspire your whole body.

Together, we'll move through 60 minutes of intentional full-body work with a special focus on those smaller, often under-utilized muscles that create strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out.
