We’re bringing our signature beginner-friendly adult pom to more communities across Middle Tennessee with special pop-up classes.
No dance experience required — all dance and fitness levels are welcome. Bring your own poms (BYOP — they’re pomptional and we will have a few sets to share, but first come first served!). Come ready to dance, sweat, and have FUN.
