As Poland prepares to observe its National Independence Day on November 11, 2026, this holiday serves as a powerful backdrop for the nation's current geopolitical reality. Since regaining sovereignty in 1918 after 123 years of partition, Poland today stands as a central pivot of European security, a steadfast ally to Ukraine, and a key economic driver in Central Europe. The Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle will host Poland's Independence Day 2026 on Friday the 13th in Polonia. There will be updates on the current state of Poland's affairs. This year we welcome DJ Konrad as his musical talents will help us embrace the culture as well as an exhibit of Independence Day memorabilia.
