Weź oddech. Nie reaguj z poziomu emocji. Ustal granice. Bądź konsekwentna.To słyszą matki dzieci z ADHD, w spektrum autyzmu, z orzeczeniami. Czasem mają w sobie ogromną cierpliwość, a czasem już tylko zmęczenie. Karolina Pluta jest jedną z nich.
Tekst powstał na podstawie rozmów z matkami podobnymi do niej. Z historii kobiet ułożyła opowieść: szczerą, surową, momentami zabawną, przynajmniej taką ma nadzieję.
Czasem trzeba o tym wszystkim opowiedzieć na głos, najlepiej publicznie.
W 2025 roku Karolina Pluta realizowała stypendium artystyczne ze środków m. st. Warszawy. Stand-up jest efektem tej pracy. Premiera odbyła się pod koniec listopada 2025.

Karolina Pluta – pedagożka teatru, coachka, artystka społeczna i performerka. Prowadzi warsztaty, procesy twórcze i sesje indywidualne. Jest specjalistką w zakresie przeciwdziałania wypaleniu zawodowemu, produkcji spektakli oraz tworzenia i realizacji projektów społeczno-artystycznych. Łączy edukację ze sztuką. Jest mamą dwunastolatka, z którym cały czas uczy się dogadywać. Na stałe współpracuje ze Stowarzyszeniem Pedagogów i Pedagożek Teatru i Fundacją Culture Shock. Konsekwentnie rozwija swoje umiejętności komediowe warsztatach m.in.: w Szkole Impro, a niebawem także za oceanem.

This is what mothers of children with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and with official diagnoses hear. Sometimes they have immense patience, and sometimes only exhaustion remains. Karolina Pluta is one of them.
The text was created based on conversations with mothers like her. From their stories, she has built a narrative – honest, raw, and at times humorous, or at least that is her intention.
Sometimes all of this needs to be said out loud – preferably in public.
In 2025, Karolina Pluta carried out an artistic scholarship funded by the City of Warsaw. This stand-up performance is the result of that work. The premiere took place at the end of November 2025.
She now invites you to another performance of the program.
Karolina Pluta – theatre pedagogue, coach, social artist, and performer. She leads workshops, creative processes, and individual sessions. She specializes in burnout prevention, theatre production, and the development and implementation of social-artistic projects. She combines education with art. She is the mother of an eleven-year-old, with whom she is constantly learning how to communicate. She collaborates regularly with the Stowarzyszenie Pedagogów i Pedagożek Teatru and the Fundacja Culture Shock. She continues to develop her comedy skills through workshops, including at Szkoła Impro, and soon also overseas.
