Event Seating Capacity: 65 Players total Pokemon Trainers (all 3 age divisions combined).We have prioritized advance sign up slots to Junior and Senior Division Players based on their attendance in recent League Cups/Challenges, Prerelease Events, and weekly local tournaments. To ensure participation, Juniors and Seniors must be physically on site and checked in by 11:45 AM to guarantee their spot; otherwise, their spot is forfeit. The Guardians of these Juniors and Seniors are also welcome to sign up for a spot in the pre-release.
A roster of qualified Junior and Senior division players have been prepared and shared across our social media platforms.
Registration for these Juniors and Seniors Division Players will be open from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM.
Master Division Trainers and late Juniors/Seniors interested in filling the remaining prerelease slots will have a chance to do so via a QR lottery drawing.
This QR code will be posted at 11 AM, and submissions will be accepted until 11:30 AM. Master Division Participants and late Juniors/Seniors selected through the raffle will receive an email confirmation shortly after submissions close.

30-MINUTE SWISS ROUNDS, BEST-OF-1, MAXIMUM OF 4 SWISS ROUNDS PER DIVISION.
PRIZING FOR ALL EVENT PARTICIPANTS WILL BE BASED ON THEIR RECORD AFTER SWISS ROUNDS.
