At our mission is to design and operate Cospaces that always feel like home. We don’t just provide housing; we create intentional spaces that blend beautifully furnished flats, flexible work areas, and vibrant community hubs.

Golden Hour Hip hop and R&B!
Info: Enjoy live music from emerging local musician Riz Andalas, creating the perfect rooftop terrace party atmosphere. Riz Andalas is an Indonesian artist based in Aachen, Germany. His music blends honest, introspective lyrics with evocative melodies and a sound that moves between driving hip-hop beats, soulful RnB, and atmospheric indie textures.
