Join local poet and poetry performer Sharron Green at Winter Wellfest Guildford for AN INTRODUCTION TO POETRY SHORT FORMS — a friendly and supportive taster workshop for anyone interested in experimenting with poetry forms. Beginners are very welcome: just bring yourself, and paper and pens will be supplied. Sharron, who posts as @Rhymes_n_Roses loves to see what happens when people frame their thoughts in a poetry form.
The workshop will explore Acrostic, Elfchen and Haiku, with examples and guidance on hand. Suitable for all ages, with children accompanied by an adult.
