Join Krystle for a two hour poetry workshop that will include reviews, styles, prompts and
group activities!
About this Event

Join Krystle Griffin eveny last Monday of the month combo of poetry workshop + peer review. During the two hour duration, the first hour will have elements of discussing poems, poetry forms, and prompt writing. In the second hour, folks will go over each other’s writing to give feedback.
This is for any writing attendees may have, in whichever state it’s currently in, to read out loud and receive feedback for. This is a vital part in one’s writing practice as it gives the writer an opportunity to work out any issues they may have come across in their writing, or perhaps an affirmation of being on the right track. Even for those who may not be looking to publish, this can help for personal satisfaction. Krystle will lend a guided hand in the review process to make sure the feedback received is useful. The first hour will also pair with this process as folks will go through and learn the discussion process when reading poetry.
