About this Event
Part of the Binks Hub Celebration Day
Poetry for Wellbeing and Research is an interactive workshop exploring how poetry can support both personal wellbeing and creative inquiry.
Drawing on findings from several poetry-based projects, Dr Autumn Roesch-Marsh will offer insight into the role of poetry as a reflective and research tool. Participants will also take part in guided writing activities designed to inspire creativity, encourage self-expression, and demonstrate practical ways poetry can be used in both personal and professional contexts.
No prior experience needed.
This session will take place in the Cowan Room in Greyfriars Charteris Centre.
