About this Event

From Projects to Outcomes: Driving Business Growth, Client Success, and Customer Value

Project management is often viewed as a discipline focused on schedules, budgets and delivery milestones. However, in today’s fast-changing business environment, its role extends far beyond execution.

Join leaders from Computershare Communication Services (CCS), including Matt Parkinson, Managing Director, and Ali Abdulle, Head of Delivery, as they share their perspectives on how project management has become a critical business capability that turns strategy into measurable outcomes. Drawing on their leadership experience, they’ll explore how effective project delivery enables organisations to respond to evolving client needs, navigate complex transformation, strengthen client relationships and create lasting customer value.

The most successful organisations recognise that project management is not simply about completing projects; it is about delivering outcomes that matter. Effective project leaders help manage change, mitigate risk, align stakeholders and create the conditions for innovation to thrive. Ultimately, great project management builds trust and confidence, ensuring strategic investments translate into improved customer experiences, stronger business performance and sustainable organisational growth.
