a peer support session for anyone affected by PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). you don't need a formal diagnosis to come along - if you identify with PMDD or it affects your life in some way, you're welcome here, and all experiences are valid.

what to expect

it's a friendly, open space. some people come for the first time, others have been a few times, so there's a nice mix. there's no set agenda - the conversation goes where it needs to, and you're welcome to share as much or as little as you like. listening is just as welcome as talking.
