About this Event
Set on the oceanfront at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa, the morning opens with a 40-minute Pilates class led poolside with the water behind you, followed by a 30-minute sound bath to slow everything down. Between sessions, guests can visit our signature Plush Wellness Bar featuring flavored ginger shots and refreshing wellness drinks, shop curated wellness and lifestyle vendors, and settle in for a morning designed to feel like a reset rather than a workout.
Guests will also receive a curated Plush gift bag featuring products and gifts from participating wellness sponsors and brands.
