Ticket refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event. The platform processing fees will not be included in the refund.

Artists will come out at 2:15 to take group photos. If you arrive after 2:20, you will not get the group photo, only the other VIP benefits

3:15 - 3:35 pm: Shoyun

3:35 - 3:55 pm: Kiki

3:55 - 4:20 pm: Moe Age

4:20 - 4:30 pm: Intermission

4:30 - 4:55 pm: Oyasumimi

4:55 - 5:20 pm: Strawberry Sunday

5:20 - 5:30 pm: Intermission

5:30 - 6:00 pm: Ruka Banana

6:00 - 6:30 pm: NO FACE NO REaLiTY

6:30 - 9:00 pm: Merch/Meet and Greet

Each performer will have different gift offerings for ferret vouchers (unsigned cheki, small merch items, points/stamps for their own systems...etc)

You can bring your voucher to a performer's merch booth of your choosing to redeem the gift.

For VIP attendees, you will receive the gifts from all performers - 1 voucher per performer, you cannot stack your 8 vouchers on 1 or few performers.
