Join us at The Plotting Parlour for a special evening of great food, exceptional Pisco cocktails, Amazonian Cumbia and community, as we team up with Lima Nikkei for a unique Peruvian-Japanese fusion experience.
For one evening, The Plotting Parlour will be transformed into a celebration of Peruvian and Japanese flavours, bringing together Lima Nikkei’s carefully crafted selection of tapas with outstanding Pisco cocktails from our bar.
Lima Nikkei is the new restaurant from the team behind the much-loved Kusikuy. Located in Kusikuy’s former home, the new restaurant is bringing a fresh take on Peruvian cuisine, combining traditional Peruvian flavours with Japanese influences.
At The Plotting Parlour, we believe that community is at the heart of Brighton’s spirit. That’s why we’re excited to open our doors and collaborate with our neighbours, creating an evening where food, drinks, music and people come together under one roof.
