What if you entered the holiday season with a joyful heart, a grounded soul, and a nourished mind instead of bracing yourself for the overwhelm?
Before the calendars fill, the demands increase, and the holiday hustle begins, we're creating space to slow down, quiet the noise, and be restored in His presence.
Join us in the beautiful front paddock of Full Circle Ranch for an intimate, Christ-centered gathering where movement becomes worship, Scripture comes to life, and our ponies share their peaceful presence with us.
We'll begin with a graceful, beginner-friendly fusion of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, incorporating intentional breathing, gentle somatic exercises, and Scripture-based encouragement. We are honoring the body God entrusted to us and learning how caring for our whole self is an act of stewardship.
Then we'll settle into the wisdom of Proverbs, exploring what it means to trust God's leading, protect our peace, and cultivate rhythms that keep us rooted and rested through the holiday season and beyond.
Throughout the afternoon, we'll make room for prayer, praise, meaningful connection, and the gentle presence of our horses.
Your experience includes:
🧑🏻🩰A guided fusion of ballet-inspired barre, Pilates, and yoga
🧘🏻♀️ Somatic exercises to soften and create space through gentle grounding and nervous system calming practices.
✝️Scripture-based teaching rooted in Proverbs and Psalm 23:3
🙏🏼 Prayer, praise, and authentic fellowship
🐴Free-roaming ponies sharing the paddock under supervision
🍋🥣 A delicious chia parfait and a lemonade refresher beverage
🫶🏼 A welcoming space to exhale, quiet the noise and restore your soul
Reserve your place at the paddock.
