About this Event
Join us for a guided experience exploring three centers in the body: the pelvis, heart, and head as doorways to pleasure, joy, and bliss. Together, we’ll connect with our instinctive, human, and divine nature, making space to experience every part of ourselves.
What to expect
We’ll begin with a welcome circle, followed by conscious breathwork accompanied by immersive music. You’ll be encouraged to explore at your own pace, adjusting the intensity to your comfort.
Next, you’ll experience a meditation with Light Language. These expressive vocal sounds invite you to listen and feel without needing to understand words.
Throughout the journey, you’ll be invited to notice sensations, allow movement, and explore your own expression. We’ll close with time to rest and integrate the experience, followed by snacks and an opportunity to share.
This is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and savor what unfolds.
Who is this for?
Anyone curious about breathwork or looking for space to reconnect with their body, feelings, and sense of aliveness. No previous experience with breathwork, movement, or Light Language is needed. You’ll be encouraged to respect your own pace and comfort throughout.
Your facilitators
Paula Briones is a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and the founder of The Breath Dance. With more than 30 years of yoga and meditation practice, she brings a grounded, practical approach to exploring breath, sound, and movement.
Laura Lee Peters shares Light Language through her voice, adding an intuitive sound experience to the guided journey.

Conscious breathwork may not be suitable for everyone.
