A very Pleasant Christmas annual street party!Saturday 12th December 2026.
It’s that time of year again: The legendary annual Pleasant Avenue Christmas Party, back for its 43rd year.
You can look forward to a brilliant day full of festivities, food, drinks, piñatas, music, high spirits and of course Santa on the fire truck.
Please bring a plate of food to share for the centre tables, with lunch and festivities kicking off at 1.00pm.
PLEASANTINES >> Kindly move your car out of the street by 8am the latest on the day – to enable closure and set up of the street.
Friends and family are of course encouraged to join, so please make sure you send the invite on so they can ‘save the date’.
Front yard/façade Xmas decoration judging will take place on Friday evening 11th December – with prizes announced at the festivities on Saturday. Judging will be carried out by our winners from last year, Ann and Paul at #34.
Prize donations are welcome so pls let us know if you’ve got something to donate (vouchers, kids prizes or anything else).
