Playful Public Speaking - Weekly Drop in - Saturday 12:00 - 14:00

My philosophy is that, at some point in our lives, we’ve learnt that it isn’t safe to be ourselves in front of others.

We don’t learn to be ourselves by learning how to stand, how to move our arms or how to walk on stage, the truth is you can’t learn to be yourself, because you already are yourself. The real question is: why don’t we feel safe enough to express it?

The aim of this weekly drop-in class is to liberate you from your own social inhibitions. To get to a point where it makes no difference whether you are speaking to a close friend one on one or speaking to an audience of 20 strangers, imagine how powerful it would feel to get to that position, a position where the audience has no influence over your behaviour and no influence over your nervous system.

The class itself will include, warm up games, questions, playful improv style speaking exercises, light hearted debates and much more !

If this sounds too hard, please know that you don't have to do all of the exercises, everything is voluntary and you can go at your own pace !
