What happens when we let go of performing, achieving, and "getting it right"?
Primal Play is an invitation to rediscover the freedom, curiosity, and aliveness that many of us knew as children. Through playful movement and authentic encounters, we create a space where the body can lead and connection unfolds naturally.
There are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow.
Throughout the evening we'll explore movement together—sometimes quietly, sometimes energetically, sometimes alone and sometimes with others. You are always free to choose your own pace and level of participation.
Interaction may range from simply sharing the space with one another to playful movement, partnering, or physical contact. Everything is based on mutual consent, clear communication, and respect for personal boundaries. Choosing to observe is just as welcome as choosing to participate.
Expect an evening of movement, laughter, presence, and genuine human connection.
No previous experience is needed.
