PLAYBACK THEATRE 🎭
1st & 3rd Wed, 7-9 pm ✨
@ 160 Main St, Ste 9, Northampton MA 01060.
9 people max. RSVP. 🌀
We share something from our lives — through movement, sound, emotion, & image. Then someone or everyone in the group plays you back. 🎭
Where are you in your journey? 🌀 Through enactment, we are going for essence and emotion — getting out of talky-head space.
As we open to the wacky, primal, and unknown inherent in our "stories", we are re-enlivened and brought into the present.
Our triumphs and difficulties are welcome as we enter a sacred realm where different “selves”, larger energies, and mystery, that live in us, all have a place to play and emerge. When we "playback" others, we have the opportunity to express more aspects of Self and to empathize with each other. Insight emerges.
🔆 For our longer "stories", we have options: to receive questions, to direct the play, to have others join us, to declare our desires, and to have alternative endings.
The journey is individual and collective. ⭕️
Please bring some evocative objects for us to use!
$25/$30/$35 sliding scale. Venmo: @patrickmcrowley. Zelle & Apple Cash: 617-320-9792
