About this Event
This class will empower participants to be creative, relax and work with their hands. We use natural, air-dry clay to express ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to use clay ,since the idea here is to create and express from within. Depending on the level of the learner, we incorporate other mindfulness practices like stretches and hand yoga. No experience needed!

Ages 6 years and older
Important Reminder: Due to limited space and supplies, participants who registered but arrive more than 15 minutes late to class may lose their spot if there are waitlisted individuals. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Participants under the age of 18 years old will need to have their parent or guardian sign a permission form. .
