Come and join us for a dynamic, playful exploration of improvised partner movement developed by Bruno Caverna over 30+ years of research. Rooted in Capoeira and influenced by contact improvisation, Russian martial arts and somatic practices, Play‑Fight transforms physical confrontation into curiosity, trust and collaboration. At its core is the study of gravity and falling – how we protect, resist and compensate. Through cooperative confrontation, we uncover the patterns that shape how we meet ourselves and others, refining connection through the body’s own intelligence rather than concepts.
Expect a weekend of embodied discovery, honest listening, and shared play.
Event hosted by The Glasgow Jam.
