About this Event
My name is Tony, your host on the day and I am French 20+ years old, born and bread in Paris, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Nice and worked in Cannes. We used to run French courses from our Bloomsbury square school a few years before Corvid. I started loosing my French so I started a meetup group on meetup that is happy & buzzing. To be able to exchange languages with the French inhabitants I also created a French speaking group in Paris of people who'd like to learn English so now we can mix at our 3 evening weekly meetups and that's Free for the last 2 years.
We just could not, not do fantastic In person events so here we are, on Monday nights every 2 weeks from 7pm till late so you can leave at whatever time suits you. The venue is famous in this happy trendy area of London, near Broadway Market and on the edge of London Fields.
Depending on the weather we will be inside or outside and I'll be wearing a big red Wristband so you cannot miss me. Those who want to practice French or English will be able to dissociate themselves by wearing one of our unique red (french)or white (English) wristband that I will sell there for a £5 at the venue, but you can also pay here on Eventbrite in advance. Those not interested in being visible need to donate whatever they can from £1 to £10 if they support those kind of friendly events. At the moment we will cater for Practicing English and French so it will be White for English Practice and red for French.
I'll be drinking fuit juices so you are also free to not get drunk on the night.
