Plant Music Sound Bath
Plants are making music in real time.
Sounds impossible, right? But it's real.
This Wednesday in Portland, I'm hosting a sound bath where my prayer plant, Mina, creates live melodies using technology that translates her electrical activity into music as it happens.
She responds to the room. To the energy. To you.
I weave her music together with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Reiki to create something you've probably never experienced before: rest guided by a living being who's composing in the moment.
No two gatherings are the same. Because Mina's music is happening live, right there in the room.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Chairs available if you prefer.
This is one of the most curious, restorative experiences I get to share. If you've been craving something different, something that brings rest, nature, and a little wonder together, I'd love to have you there.

No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
You'll be lying comfortably on the floor for approximately one hour. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel warm and supported. Chairs are available if needed.
