Event: Plant a new Pollinator Garden!

Details: Join us to install a pollinator plot at the Joslin Community Garden! Together, we'll learn about the importance of native plants that support pollinator species and plant a variety of native perennials that will bring beauty and pollinators to the garden. We'll also be caring for the shared garden spaces, helping gardeners to W**d and mulch as we prepare for the fall.
Tools, gloves, plants, and light refreshments provided. Bring comfortable clothes you can get a bit dirty and a water bottle.
Open to all ages, and this event is accessible to English and Spanish speakers.
We will still gather in the case of drizzle. Hopefully we'll have a sunny day but our rain date is Saturday, October 17 1pm-3pm.
Pre-registration is encouraged, and if you sign up online you can skip filling out our waiver on the day of the event!

Detalles: ¡Únase a nosotros para instalar un jardín polinizador en el Jardín Comunitario Joslin! Juntos, aprenderemos sobre la importancia de las plantas nativas que apoyan a las especies polinizadoras y plantaremos una variedad de plantas perennes nativas que traerán belleza y polinizadores al jardín.
