A 10 week in person cohort that utilizes the Business Model Canvas Program. For military veterans and their spouses free of charge.
About this Event

A 10-week, in person cohort-based program utilizing the Business Model Canvas. This 10 week in-person cohort will utilize the Business Model Canvas to provide insight into the key steps needed to build a new business. Veterans that are in the idea stage or the early stages of developing a business will learn how to test and validate their business concepts. This iterative process enables veterans to quickly pivot with the goal of building the foundation for a viable business model. Participants will complete a Business Model Canvas.

  • Sessions are held weekly on Wednesday from 6-8:30 p.m.
  • Program Starts September 10 and runs through November 12.
  • You will need to bring a copy of your DD214 or (active orders) and a brief bio (one paragraph) to the first session.

To help translate the skills learned in the military to entrepreneurship, Veterans Florida and statewide partner organizations have joined forces to offer the Veterans FloridaEntrepreneurship Program. Program expenses for all participants will be covered through funding provided by the Florida Legislature and Veterans Florida.
