About this Event
“Dad’s doing fine at home.” Until he isn’t. Or maybe you’re planning for yourself and want a say in what comes next.
These conversations are easy to postpone. Knowing your options now can make it easier to navigate a change in health, living arrangements, or the support you or a loved one needs.
Join Veterans Navigation Network’s Family Resource Council for a practical Lunch & Learn covering:
- Senior living options and what to consider.
- Advance directives and documenting your wishes.
- End-of-life decisions.
- POLST—Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment.
This session stands on its own. You do not need to have attended Part One.
