About this Event

Planning for Business Growth

Do you:

  • want to grow your business, but have yet to create a clear growth strategy?
  • run an established business that is trading profitably, but not sustainably enough?
  • want to improve your business, but are working so hard in your business, you are struggling to find energy or time to enable changes?

If any of these statements ring true, this fully funded workshop is likely to be helpful for you.

This session protects time for you to reflect on where you would like your business to be in future. You will identify possible barriers and consider how to drive any necessary changes. We will share planning tools that you can use to create a simple growth strategy, without having to spend hours writing a traditional business plan. We cover:

• Why - is growing right for you and your business, right now?

• What - developing clarity on future goals

• When - is the business ready to scale

• How - discuss different methods for enabling growth, and introduce simple planning tools and processes

It is sometimes easier to make a plan than to stick to one, so we will also discuss approaches that may help you keep yourself on track.

You will leave with a step by step framework for implementing a practical growth action plan, which you will start to develop during the session.

Please note, this group workshop is designed to support the planning needs of existing small businesses, including self employed individuals. If you are pre-start or very new to business, we would instead recommend a startup business course.
