The Mesa County Planning Commission will vote on the Land Development Code updates and Community Neighborhood Plan Revocation. The date has been changed to Oct 15th from Sept 17th. This meeting will be at 544 Rood Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501. Here is a link to the county website with the proposed code updates.

The Public Hearing where the County Commissioners will vote to accept or deny the updates is scheduled November 17th, 2026 at 1:30 Pm same location. Stay tuned for more updates will follow as the event gets nearer.
