Planning ahead is one of the most caring things we can do for the people we love, and for ourselves.At our November Bismarck Memory Café, we'll welcome Jamie from Legal Services of North Dakota for a practical conversation about two important documents. A Financial Power of Attorney lets you choose someone you trust to help with financial matters. A Health Care Directive lets you name someone to make healthcare decisions and communicate your wishes if you can't. For individuals and families affected by memory loss, putting these in place before you need them can make all the difference.
