A unique reset ritual to help you relax, unwind and feel deeply soothed under the stars in Thinktank's digital Planetarium.Over 60 minutes, you’ll be guided by local sound practitioner Manoj of Manoj Collective through an immersive sound journey. Using a range of instruments including crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, the session unfolds surrounded by images of the stars and beyond in our 360-degree digital Planetarium. Surrounded by stunning imagery and held in the tranquillity of the space, you’ll be invited into a state of deep relaxation and gentle connection with your inner world.
The benefits of sound meditation are wide-ranging, from calming the nervous system to supporting rest and clarity, but it’s something that truly needs to be experienced to be understood.
