PJ’s 1910 Pub Five-Course Wine Experience
Join us at PJ’s 1910 Pub for an evening of exceptional food, thoughtfully selected wines, and great company.
Our culinary team has created a five-course dining experience, with each course paired with a wine selected to complement its flavors. From seafood and seasonal ingredients to rich, savory courses and a unique finish, the evening is designed to take guests through a carefully curated progression of food and wine.
The Menu:
First Course: Caul Fat-Wrapped Monkfish, Mussels, Caper Berries, Crispy Prosciutto, Charred Tomato, Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce Paired with Purato Organic Catarratto Pinot Grigio
Second Course: Baby Arugula and Roasted Beet Bundle, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Apple Vinaigrette Paired with Yalumba Y Series Sangiovese Rosé
Third Course: Forest Mushroom Gnocchi, Black Garlic Au Poivre, Grana Padano Paired with Ricosso Barbera Appassimento
Fourth Course: Fried Quail Egg over Steak Tartare, Pickled Mustard Seed, Sourdough Batard, Cornichons Paired with Brownie Heritage Pinot Noir
Fifth Course: Roasted Pear, Roquefort Blue Cheese, Pomegranate Molasses, Candied Pecan Dust, Pomegranate Seed Paired with Rethmon & Winter Orchard Pear
