Welcome to Your Pizza Master Class! Join Ross and Joe of Food AlFresco, as they guide you through the secrets of creating this Italian classic. If you're looking to perfect the ultimate pizza base, enjoy some chat, meet new people, enjoy your drinks and eat tasty food, then this is your night!
The Boys will take you step-by-step through the process of creating authentic Neapolitan-style pizza dough from scratch. Learn how to mix, knead, proof, and shape the dough. This is your time to ask your questions!
Learn about the traditional wood-fired oven, essential for cooking Neapolitan pizza. Take your customized pizza to our pizza truck and watch your masterpiece come to life in their very own wood fired oven!
Pour your drink of choice and enjoy that bad boy fresh out the oven!
You'll have the opportunity to purchase additional essentials like dough, sauce, and toppings to make some more pizzas at home!
This is a great class for meeting people, private parties, bringing the family or works nights out.
