Monday’s coming round again, which means it’s time for the legendary Tennent’s Laughter Lounge, a totally free weekly night of stand-up comedy featuring some of the best up-and-coming talent Scotland has to offer, plus some pros trying out new material. Guest hosting the night will be Chris Scott, alongside Mick Murphy, Sylvia M, a mystery special guest, and many more! Drinks deals for this month include selected pints and glasses for as little as £3.50!Your host for the evening will be Chris Scott. Chris was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Scottish Comedy Awards and was the hand-picked support act for Susie McCabe and Emmy winner Alex Edelman. Bringing unflinching punchlines and a bit of devilment to the stage, his why-not attitude has seen him appear in an underwear ad and perform at an S&M club.

Just want to watch? All are welcome free of charge, but please respect the show: during performances please be seated and don’t talk or heckle.
Interested in performing? Sign-up for each show opens from Tuesday the week before, message our FB page and 5 minute slots will be allocated on a mainly first come, first serve basis. Attempts to sign-up at the wrong time or via the wrong channels will be ignored.
Doors to the bar open at 5pm, doors to the comedy room downstairs open at 7pm.
